I want to personally thank Vicki Blandford of Peerage (Atlanta, GA) for giving me such a wonderful cat. We met through cats in 1994. Cats have brought us together but our friendship and love for each other will remain the rest of our lives. Whenever she calls me and my husband answers he always say your sister is on the phone. She is the sister that I never had. I thank God for bringing her into my life and I wish that everyone would have the opportunity to meet someone through their love of cats like I have with Vicki.

Many breeders register their kittens as chinchilla silver when in reality they are shaded silver. SugarPlum is a chinchilla silver. As you can see in the pictures she has a pure white undercoat with a sprinkling of black tipping not a mantle of tipping. Most of the time the back hocks of the chinchilla have white hair with little to no shading. If you have a kitten and the hocks are dusted with tipping then in all liklihood you have a shaded silver. The only difference between a shaded silver and a chinchilla silver is the degree of tipping on the cat.
